The following draft describes about the deed of partition which means the property to be divided among different people usually among the family members. It’s usually done/held jointly by several persons. So, each person gets a share and becomes the owner of share allotted to him/her. here there are 5 parties among which, division is to be done. They are first, second, third, fourth and fifth parties. So, now these parties are desirous of effecting a total partition of H.U.F (Hindu undivided family) to end and the intent that each of parties become sole and the absolute owner of the respective property after execution and being entitled to claim any rights, title share and/or interest in said property. The division of various properties has mutually been agreed upon between the parties. The recitals and/or recording being the integral part of any deed must be done. All parties as a course of action of said agreement in consideration of said properties and mutual grants, transfers and assignment of respective rights, titles, shares and interest in land and premises.
So, together with full rights and liberties of respective parties and of respective owner or owners for time being of said respective properties hereby granted, transferred and released to confirm all respective owner for their respective properties. The owner of respective lands must/shall do payment of all rates, rents, taxes, assessments, duties in respect there to government central and/or state or municipality. So, now the respective owner should occupy and possess their respective property peacefully and have good right full power and absolute authority to grant transfer assign and release their respective properties. Each party is also convenient with the other that each party will execute and get registered, if necessary, any deed, assurance or other document which may be required. Original copy of deed with first party and duplicate with party of other part.
