The following draft or agreement is done between the members of same family intended to be reasonable for benefit of family. It particularly describes about the morale and immoral properties which said family holds on one or other names and also the parties are desired to get separated from the properties and have requested each other for co-operation and mutually decided to re-allocate their respective rights and interests in following said properties on terms and conditions. The listing and/or records of all the following things is an integral part. The said properties flat (1,2,3,4) can be divided into the following 4 parties with mutual consent and understanding has rights and interests for same accordingly. All parties shall release and discharge any sums, liabilities and other things and agree that they do not have any claim or demand equitable or otherwise in to over and upon properties and claims shall not raise any dispute. The parties hereby promise each other that they shall execute all further and necessary documents, writings, deeds, agreements and other assurances and shall comply with accepting the said property. Any dispute and differences between parties here to shall be referred to Arbitration under provision of arbitration and conciliation act.
