The following draft is done between the “releasor” and the “releasee” Here, the draft states that releasing party wanted to cancel the deal for the flat admeasuring built up in a society and is now not interested in transaction and he has requested the releasor to refund the deposit, which the releasor has received as earnest money deposit from release and issued a stamped receipt, so the release undertakes to surrender the said receipt and release, surrender all rights, titles and interest of said property on his and his heirs, legal representative and administrators in favour of release . Also, the releasee declare that he has not created any mortgage or other claim on property/assets or involved any third party the releasee keeps the said property under protection against damage/loss for releasor.
