This is a Deed of Adoption of aHindu boy by a Hindu male. The boy is given for adoption by his biological/natural father. The boy lost his mother and Biological/ Natural father remarried. So he gives son for adoption. The condition for adoption by a male of a son is he should not have son living or son's son's, son's living. Moreover Natural Father who is giving son for adoption should not take any consideration for the same and nor through his relatives.
