The following document or draft states the deal between the vendor/builder and the purchaser for extra amenities or facilities in addition to the purchased low facility said bungalow. The purchaser has agreed to purchase the Row house/Twin bungalow and he also desires of getting done some extra amenities work and getting additional facilities in said unit and requests the vendor to carry out these work of extra amenities simultaneously with the construction work o said unit to which the vendor has agreed for total consideration amount and under agreed terms and conditions between both the parties, vendor shall carry out both work simultaneously and hand over the possession of said unit Vendor shall not be responsible for any delay in said work for certain agreed reasons e.g. civil common riots, strike or lockout of any government notifications or rule/order etc .Also its agreed by both the parties that the agreement cannot be cancelled or terminated by the purchaser under any circumstances and that the total consideration amount for the same is not refundable, moreover the expenses such as stamp duty, restricted charges , legal charges and all other incidental charges are exclusively paid by purchaser alone.
