In a Society Owner had given flat/Unit on leave and license basis. In 1947 Rent Act was amended in Maharshtra and Licensee became protected tenant. Owner/Landlord wanted to sale the property agreed to pay tenant and sold by a consolidated agreement. The Agreement with tenant is as Annexture A
